Organizations cannot exist
without people. A simple definition of an organization is ‘a group of people
who work together to achieve common goals’. So human resource management can be
define as ‘the development and implementation of system in an organization
designated and retain a high-performing workforce’.
The sole purpose of human
resource management is to ensure that the people employed by the organization
are being used as efficient and effectively as possible and that they area able
to contribute towards achieving the organizational goals.
